The McIntosh Demons entered their tilt with the Millry Wildcats with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. McIntosh blew past Millry 69-33 on the road. With McIntosh ahead 32-10 at the half, the game was all but over already.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead McIntosh to victory, but perhaps none more so than Brittney Reed Jr. , who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 15 rebounds. That makes it five consecutive games in which Reed Jr. has scored at least 25% of McIntosh's points. Dristen Sullivan was another key contributor, scoring 16 points along with 7 assists and 7 rebounds.
McIntosh has yet to lose a game on the road this season, leaving them with a 5-1 record. As for Millry, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
McIntosh will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Orange Beach at 6:30 p.m. on December 1st. Orange Beach will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Alabama Rankings (they are ranked 224th, while McIntosh is ranked 89th). As for Millry, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Excel at 7:00 p.m.
