Halls lost on Thursday despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Jake Lane, who scored 11 points. Evan Workman was another key contributor, scoring six points along with ten rebounds and three blocks.
Halls' defeat dropped their record down to 11-15. As for Knoxville Central, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a massive bump to their 12-12 record this season.
Halls won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Anderson County at 7:15 p.m. on February 9th. Anderson County and Halls are at an even 5-5 over their past ten head-to-heads.
