Christian Academy extended their postseason success on Friday against New Washington. They were the clear victor by a 45-25 margin over the New Washington Mustangs. The Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Christian Academy got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Leah Stevens out in front who went 5 of 8 on her way to 14 points and six rebounds. The dominant performance also gave Stevens a new career-high in field goal percentage (63%). Addison Jackson was another key player, putting up seven points and 14 boards.

The victory (which was Christian Academy's seventh in a row) raised their record to 14-10. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 32.1 points. As for New Washington, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 13 of their last 15 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-18 record this season.

Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 61-31 defeat against Borden on the 8th. New Washington does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
