Quincy had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the East St. Louis Flyers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 on Saturday.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Quincy was: they took both sets by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-13.

Quincy got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Leah Knudson out in front who had 11 digs and two aces. Those 11 digs gave Knudson a new career-high.

Quincy's victory bumped their record up to 6-0. As for East St. Louis, their defeat was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2.

Quincy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against East Moline United on the 2nd. East St. Louis has also already played their next contest (against Belleville East), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
