Prairie were the big favorite in their most recent match, and for good reason. They put a hurting on Waterloo West to the tune of 70-14. Followers of Prairie probably expected little less of the squad in a season in which they have collected five blowout victories.
The win bumped Prairie's record up to 7-1. The defeat dropped Waterloo West's record to 3-5.
Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Prairie will stay at home next week against Cedar Falls at 7:15 PM. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a win streak alive as Prairie skips in on five wins and Cedar Falls on eight. As for Waterloo West, they will face off against Hempstead.
