Harrells Christian Academy has not had much luck with Wake Christian Academy recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.
Wake Christian Academy's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Caroline Hall, who scored 11 points along with eight blocks and five rebounds. Hall continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Abby Herzog was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with five rebounds.
Harrells Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Wake Christian Academy, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-6.
Harrells Christian Academy will square off against Wayne Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Wayne Christian will be coming into the game with an undefeated record on the line. Wake Christian Academy will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on South Wake at 2:00 p.m. on December 27th.
