Darren Bylund put forth a good effort for the losing side as he scored 21 points along with eight rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Tayden Francis, who scored 12 points.
Spring Creek struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only four offensive rebounds. That's the fewest offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, Lowry's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their sixth straight loss. They were dealt a 66-33 loss at the hands of Fernley. Lowry has not had much luck with Fernley recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.
Spring Creek's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-5. As for Lowry, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost seven of their last nine matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-10 record this season.
