While Marion's victory against Grinnell wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Wolves narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Tigers 4-2. The Wolves haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

The win got Marion back to even at 1-1. As for Grinnell, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-3.
