The Fond du Lac Cardinals pushed their score all the way to 64 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell 74-64 to Oak Creek. Despite running the score up even higher than they did on Tuesday (59), Fond du Lac still had to take the loss.
Oak Creek can attribute much of their success to Emma Schmidt, who scored 23 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Megan Geason, who scored 12 points.
Fond du Lac's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Oak Creek, the win got them back to even at 1-1.
Fond du Lac is on the road again on Saturday and play against Kettle Moraine at 1:30 p.m. on November 25th. As for Oak Creek, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Kenosha Bradford at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
