Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Zachary). They blew past the Brother Martin Crusaders 17-7 on Saturday. For the Broncos, this counts as revenge for the 9-1 win the Crusaders walked away with the last time they faced one another back in March of 2024.

Zachary now has a winning record of 8-7-1. As for Brother Martin, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Zachary will take on Dunham at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Zachary's pitching crew has only allowed 3.1 runs per game this season, so Dunham's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Brother Martin, they will face off against Destrehan at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
