In what's become a running theme this season, the Christian Home Educators Fellowship Patriots gave their fans yet another huge win on Saturday. They blew past Tournament Opponent 87-59 on the road. Christian Home Educators Fellowship is really starting to get used to good results now that the team's won 17 straight.
Tanner Rizan was his usual excellent self, going 9 for 16 from beyond the arc en route to 47 points and 0 assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Winston Hart was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 11 points and 12 rebounds.
Christian Home Educators Fellowship's win was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 25-1. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 29 points. As for Tournament Opponent, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost 13 of their last 16 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 57-225 record this season.
Christian Home Educators Fellowship will head out on the road to take on Southwest Louisiana HomeSchool at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Southwest Louisiana HomeSchool will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Louisiana Rankings (they are ranked 206th, while Christian Home Educators Fellowship is ranked 46th). Tournament Opponent won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Oklahoma School for the Deaf at 12:30 p.m. on January 14th. Hopefully Oklahoma School for the Deaf focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 15 on Saturday.
