Basketball Recap: Milwaukee School of Languages Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Milwaukee School of Languages has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 75-72 to Saint Anthony/Milw Ronald Reagan/Golda Meir, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Hawks were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Saint Anthony/Milw Ronald Reagan/Golda Meir earlier this season, when they won 60-57.

Several Hawks players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Hunt has been hot, having also posted three or more steals the last six times he's played. Another player making a difference was Manning Shareef, who dropped a double-double on 24 points and 14 rebounds.

Even though they lost, Milwaukee School of Languages smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive rebounds. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their offensive rebound total in three consecutive matches.
