The Lake View Chiefs pushed their score all the way to 66 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a  73-66 hit to the loss column at the hands of Sweetwater. Lake View has struggled against Sweetwater recently, as their  match on Friday was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.
 Lake View lost  despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being   Braylon White, who  scored 22 points along with seven  rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of  Joseph Delgado, who  scored 12 points along with eight  assists and eight  rebounds.
 Lake View's loss was  their fifth straight at home, which  dropped their record down to 10-20. Those losses can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.0 points per game. As for Sweetwater, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won four of their last five contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 15-11 record this season.
 Lake View will be playing in front of their home fans against Estacado at 7:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Estacado has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 497 points over their last six contests. As for Sweetwater, they will head out on the road to  challenge  Levelland at 7:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Levelland will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
