Jordan Lucas Turns in Season-Best Performance
Jordan Lucas produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Centennial to the win on Friday. Lucas picked up 129 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 69 yards and two touchdowns, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He was no stranger to the big play, cutting upfield on a catch that went for 60 yards.
Lucas is probably looking forward to his next game, a road matchup against Cleveland on Friday. Lucas picked up 106 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 51 yards the last time he and the Storm duked it out back in August.

Davis Made His Presence Known in Centennial's 43-17 Win
Centennial picked up their 11th consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Zaiden Davis. Davis turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 140 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 carries, while also throwing for 106 yards while completing 90.9% of his passes. His longest rush was for an impressive 60 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
Rio Rancho had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Davis it was a similar story. Davis rushed for 190 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 10.0 yards per carry the last time he and the Rams duked it out back in September.

Underclassman Denton Walter Major Player in Las Cruces Victory
It was an underclassman who stole the show on Friday as Denton Walter came into the matchup on a mission. He turned in nothing short of a gem, picking up a sack, making 14 total tackles, and defending a pass in addition to snagging an interception.
Las Cruces has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season. Walter and Las Cruces will challenge La Cueva at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Daniel Amaro Delivers Electric Effort Vs Volcano Vista
Daniel Amaro continued his hot streak on Friday by dropping his tenth-straight game with at least two rushing touchdowns. He rushed for 115 yards and two touchdowns.
Volcano Vista's probably not too fond of Amaro given he always seems to get the better of them. Back in August (the last time Amaro saw the Hawks), he rushed for 68 yards and two touchdowns.

A Constellation of Stars for Las Cruces
Another Las Cruces player making an appearance on this list is Gunnar Guardiola. He threw for 111 yards on 11 of 22 attempts. He didn't just play on offense: he also made four total tackles and defended three passes.
On the season, Guardiola has averaged 172.4 passing yards per game.
