While Pierce might've come up empty on Wednesday, Leslye Velasquez wasn't going down without a fight. Velasquez wasn't messing around, getting 17 digs and three assists. The contest was her third straight with 11 or more digs.

Velasquez and Pierce will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Oroville at 6:00 p.m. Sadly, Velasquez's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Bears' five-game streak of wins on the road.
