Kingston made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Idabel, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Redskins put the hurt on the Warriors with a sharp 11-5 victory on Thursday. The result was nothing new for the Redskins, who have now won seven matches by six runs or more so far this season.

The team relied heavily on Ewan Weaver, who scored four runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in doubles (two). Blane Henry was another key player, scoring two runs while going 1-for-3.

Kingston was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .417. That's the best batting average they've posted all season.

Kingston's win bumped their record up to 9-7. As for Idabel, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 12 of their last 16 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-17 record this season.

Kingston will square off against Marietta at 12:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Idabel, they will face off against Wright City at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.
