Boyd got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Trey Robinson out in front who scored 17 points. Robinson is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last five games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Payton Boyer, who scored 14 points.
Valley View has been struggling recently, as they've lost 11 of their last 12 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-19 record this season. As for Boyd, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-14.
