South Haven extended the longest winning streak in South Central Border (8 Man) this week by beating Caldwell, 52-6. The win marks seventh in a row for the the Cardinals.
Central and Oxford played the most hotly contested game in the league this week, with Central eventually emerging with a 14-12 victory. Kasey Biddle threw for 87 yards and ran for 49 yards in the win.
Udall's dynamic duo of Michael Propst and Alex Perez proved tough for Sedan to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Propst threw for 265 yards and five touchdowns and Perez had 206 yards receiving. Deshon Stiner helped Udall's passing attack out by catching three balls for 50 yards.
Trae Gillespie was the most productive running back in the league this week. In 24 carries, he ran for 161 yards as West Elk topped the Devils. Teammate Paxton Noll added to the ground attack by rushing for 36 yards.
Udall's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Eagles feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Propst has thrown for 849 yards and 14 touchdowns this season, while Perez has 16 catches for 408 yards. Heath Satterlee leads the league in rushing with 618 yards.
The marquee game in the league this week will be the clash between Udall and the Raiders. Wyatt Williams' team enters the contest ranked 25th in the state, while Central ranks 13th.
Two of the top units in the league will face off this week when the Eagles take on Romney Runyon's team. Udall's offense has racked up 300 points this season, earning them the top spot in the league, while the Raiders have allowed only 24 on the year.
There should be lots of points scored when the Eagles and Central face off this week. The top two offenses in the league, Udall comes in having scored 300 this season, while the Raiders have scored 272. The Eagles scored 68 points last week as they bested Sedan.
Flinthills made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 585 from 769. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 50-36 victory over Peabody-Burns last week.
