Clear Lake won the last time they faced Lower Lake and things went their way on Friday too. The Cardinals were the clear victors by an 18-4 margin over the Trojans. Considering the Cardinals have won seven matchups by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Clear Lake got a massive performance out of Karsyn Greer, who got on base in four of her five plate appearances with one home run, three runs, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Cali Albaum, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with four runs and three RBI.

Clear Lake always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .684. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Clear Lake's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-8. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Lower Lake, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-14.
