The Pine Forest Trojans suffered their closest defeat yet this season on Thursday. They fell just short of Triton by a score of 60-57. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Despite the loss, Pine Forest still got an impressive performance from Nehemiah Mcdonald, who dropped a double-double on 24 points and 12 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Mcdonald has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Tristan Lyons, who scored nine points.
Even though they lost, Pine Forest smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive rebounds. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Triton only pulled down three offensive rebounds.
