Mt. Enterprise extended their winning streak to six games thanks to a huge performance from Kaegan Ash. The Wildcats strolled past the Grapeland Sandies with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 68-50 with plenty of help from Ash, who rushed for 417 yards and seven scores while picking up 14.9 yards per carry. His rushing production has been exceptional for a while as that marked his 15th straight game with at least 136 rushing yards dating back to last season.

Mt. Enterprise's victory bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Grapeland, their defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 4-3.

Looking ahead, Mt. Enterprise will challenge Tenaha at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Wildcats are facing the Tigers at the right time seeing as the Tigers are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Grapeland, they will square off against Cushing at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Sandies will be up against the Bearkats' rather soft defense (which has allowed 26.17 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
