Afton Jessogne looked comfortable as she tossed 3.1 innings while giving up just two earned runs off two hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Gianni Torres was a standout: she went 3-for-4 with one home run, two RBI, and one double. Sage Rodmyre was another key player, going 2-for-4 with one home run and two runs.
Fort Myers lost a few balls and finished the game with four home runs. That's the most home runs they've managed all season.

Northeast's win bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Fort Myers, their victory bumped their record up to 21-6-1.
