Anthony has enjoyed the comforts of home their last four games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will challenge the Riverside Rangers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Both teams come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Friday, Anthony strolled past Clint with points to spare, taking the game 51-35.
Riverside posted their biggest victory yet this season on Tuesday. They breezed by Clint at home to the tune of 66-36. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 39-9.
Riverside can attribute much of their success to Marcus Jauregui, who scored 14 points, and Luis Rodriguez, who scored 16 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Rodriguez has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Carlos D Rojas, who scored six points.
Anthony has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season. As for Riverside, their win bumped their record up to 7-15.
Anthony didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Riverside when the teams last played back in December of 2023, but they still walked away with a 47-43 victory. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Riverside's Derek Vasquez, who scored 18 points.
