Newfane is 8-2 against Medina since January of 2019, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Newfane Panthers will head out on the road to face off against the Medina Mustangs at 6:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Last Thursday, Newfane came up short against Wilson and fell 47-36.
Meanwhile, Medina's recent rough patch got a bit rougher back in November of 2023 after their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a rough 43-12 loss at the hands of Kendall.
Newfane's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Medina, they bumped their record down to 0-1 with that defeat, which was their third straight on the road dating back to last season.
Newfane strolled past Medina in their previous meeting back in February of 2023 by a score of 48-33. The rematch might be a little tougher for Newfane since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
