Reedsburg waltzed into their game on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Portage Warriors by a score of 10-5. With that victory, the Beavers brought their scoring average up to 6.2 runs per game.

Winston Alonso was a standout: he got on base in four of his five plate appearances with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. Alek Southworth also deserves some recognition as he hit his first triple of the season.

Reedsburg always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .590. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their OBP total in three consecutive matchups.

Reedsburg's record is now 15-4. As for Portage, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-10 record this season.
