Blairsville will challenge Saltsburg on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. Both teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
Blairsville suffered a grim 28-57 defeat to United last week. Blairsville got a solid performance out of senior Devin Burkhart, who passed for 225 yards and 4 touchdowns; unfortunately, it just wasn't enough for the win.
Meanwhile, there's no need to mince words: Saltsburg lost to Northern Cambria, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 13-50. Saltsburg were down by 13-42 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
