The Kossuth Aggies will challenge the McNairy Central Bobcats at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. McNairy Central took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Kossuth, who comes in off a win.
Kossuth will roll into the matchup after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up two runs on Friday, then bounced right back against Mantachie on Saturday. The Aggies' pitcher stepped up to hand the Mustangs a 12-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Aggies, who have now won nine contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

Fans could be in store for some top-tier slugging on Monday. Kossuth hasn't had any problems when it comes to power this season, having averaged 0.5 home runs per game. However, it's not like McNairy Central struggles in that department as they've been averaging 0.5 home runs. With so much power on both teams, it'll be down to the pitchers to keep the mound locked down.
Kossuth came out on top in a nail-biter against McNairy Central in their previous matchup back in March of 2025, sneaking past 16-14. Will the Aggies repeat their success, or do the Bobcats have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
