The Ascend Leadership Aviators will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against the Triangle Math & Science Tigers at 6:00 p.m. Ascend Leadership is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.

They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Woods Charter 67-29 on the road. The victory was just what Triangle Math & Science needed coming off of a 61-41 loss in their prior matchup.
Triangle Math & Science had a senior duo take command as Leanna Nohs scored 30 points along with five steals and Samrita Sriram scored 20 points along with six assists and six rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which Nohs has scored at least a third of Triangle Math & Science's points. Yashitha Vanamala was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with six assists and six rebounds.
Ascend Leadership has traveled a rocky road recently having lost ten of their last 12 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-13 record this season. As for Triangle Math & Science, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season.
Ascend Leadership was dealt a bruising 64-18 loss at the hands of Triangle Math & Science in their previous matchup back in January. That game was all but decided by halftime, at which point Ascend Leadership was down 44-8.
