Potts Camp entered their tilt with Strayhorn on Friday with seven consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with eight. They were the clear victors by  a  9-1 margin over the Mustangs. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won  11-0  last Tuesday.

She was also stellar in the batter's box,  going a perfect 3-for-3 with three  runs and four  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Zoey Clark was  excellent,  scoring three  runs while going 3-for-4. That's the most  runs  she has posted since back in February of 2024. Another player making a difference was  Charlie Holmes, who  went 2-for-4 with one  triple and one  RBI.
 Potts Camp  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 12  hits. That's the most  hits they've managed all season.
Potts Camp's record now sits at 8-1. As for Strayhorn, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record  this season.
