Beverly lost to Marblehead back in January, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Beverly Panthers came out on top against the Marblehead Magicians by a score of 60-50. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

Beverly's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Marblehead, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Beverly will take on Salem in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Marblehead and Saugus will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
