Lakeville waltzed into their game on Monday with three straight wins... but they left with four. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Montrose Rams a 13-0 shutout. Considering the Falcons have won six contests by more than ten runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Lakeville's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-3. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for Montrose, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Coincidentally, Lakeville and Montrose will both be playing Millington the next time they take the field. The Falcons will head out to face the Cardinals at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Rams will host them at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
