Monache has gone a perfect 9-0 against Golden West recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Marauders will host the Trailblazers at 4:30 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Monache took a loss when they played away from home last Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed last Thursday. They never let Mt. Whitney get on the board and left with a 16-0 win. The Marauders have beaten the Pioneers the last five times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Pioneers has come to flipping the script.

The team relied heavily on Amiee Rivas, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and one stolen base. That's the most hits she has posted since back in May of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Devynn Emerson, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI, one run, and one double.
Monache always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .647. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Meanwhile, Golden West came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.3 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Spartans 12-2.
Erin Fawkes made a splash no matter where she played. She tossed six innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-4 with one run and one double.
In other batting news, Golden West let Reann Boyd and Hayden Oliveira run wild. Boyd got on base in three of her five plate appearances with three RBI, one run, and one double, while Oliveira went a perfect 4-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double. Rilynn Daleman was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs and one RBI.
Monache pushed their record up to 9-4-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.5 runs over those games. As for Golden West, their victory bumped their record up to 13-6-1.
Both Monache and Golden West just can't seem to miss. The Marauders have been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 9.1 hits per game. However, it's not like Golden West struggles in that department as they've been averaging only 5.6 hits. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Monache was able to grind out a solid win over Golden West when the teams last played back in April of 2024, winning 4-1. Do the Marauders have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Trailblazers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
