The Edgemont Moguls scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Monday. They took their matchup at home with ease, bagging a 69-36 win over Oelrichs. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Edgemont.
Edgemont's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Sebastian Morse, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 13 rebounds. It was the first time this season that Morse scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of Chase Alexander, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 14 rebounds.
Edgemont's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-13. As for Oelrichs, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-13.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Edgemont won't have much time to rest: their next game is against the Devils at 7:30 p.m. on February 6th. As for Oelrichs, they will be playing at home against the Skyhawks at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. Takini is no doubt hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses.
