Basketball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Will Oden-Tann and Chance Clark Lead Manchester to Victory

Manchester won the last time they faced Cheney Tech and things went their way on Friday too. The Manchester Red Hawks came out on top against the Cheney Tech Beavers by a score of 73-64. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Red Hawks.

Leading Manchester to victory were Chance Clark and Will Oden-Tann. Clark posted 23 points and seven assists, while Oden-Tann earned 24 points and seven rebounds. Oden-Tann's evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Derrick Sheets, who had 11 points.

Manchester smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've posted since the start of last season.

Manchester's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Cheney Tech, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Manchester didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 78-65 victory against East Lyme on the 21st. As for Cheney Tech, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 57-55 win against Academy of Science and Innovation on the 21st.
