Eagleville came tearing into Wednesday's matchup with nine straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.7 runs), and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Jo Byrns Red Devils as they made off with a 13-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won 18 contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Eagleville's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 23-5. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.3 runs over those games. As for Jo Byrns, they now have a losing record of 12-13.
