Hebron Christian entered their tilt with Fellowship Christian on Friday with five consecutive wins dating back to last season, and they'll enter their next game with six. They strolled past the Paladins with points to spare, taking the game 45-29. That's more bragging rights for the Lions, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Fellowship Christian's loss came despite strong showings from Jackson Thrasher and Jonathan Granby. Thrasher picked up 181 receiving yards and a pair of scores, while Granby threw for 241 yards and four TDs. Thrasher was no stranger to the big play, lighting up the secondary with a catch that went for 63 yards.

Hebron Christian's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Fellowship Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Hebron Christian didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 24-8 defeat against McCallie on the 29th. After each having a week off, Fellowship Christian and Osborne will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field against one another at 7:30 p.m. on the 5th.
