Dayton put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against the Truckee Wolverines as the Dayton Dust Devils made off with a 28-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Dust Devils, who have now won four contests by 15 runs or more so far this season.
Donnita Wass was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Those zero hits allowed gave her a new career-low. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with four RBI and one double. That double marked the first that she hit this season.
