Princeton and Hoover squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Princeton had to settle for second. They came up short against the Hoover Huskies, falling 35-12. The Tigers' loss signaled the end of their 12-game winning streak.

Although Princeton took the loss, they still got scores from Brad Mossor and Daniel Jennings.

Having lost for the first time this season, Princeton fell to 12-1. As for Hoover, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 14-1.

Princeton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hoover, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 49-7 defeat against Bridgeport on the 14th.
