The Hudson Explorers entered their tilt with the Harding Raiders with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. Hudson skirted past Harding 24-21. The score was all tied up 14-14 at the break, but Hudson was the better team in the second half.
Peyton Neher looked great while leading his team to the win, throwing for 202 yards and three touchdowns while completing 73.3% of his passes. Teagan O'Guinn was another key contributor, gaining 110 total yards and a touchdown.
Hudson has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season. As for Harding, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season.
Hudson will square off against Walsh Jesuit at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Walsh Jesuit's favor is that they have now posted big point totals in their last five games. Harding does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
