Pisgah had to skate by with only a two-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the ten-run drubbing they dealt Hayesville on Thursday. The Pisgah Bears were the clear victor by a 10-0 margin over the Hayesville Yellowjackets. This was payback for the Bears, who suffered a 5-3 loss the last time these two teams met.

The result came thanks to Landon Wright's shutout, as he gave up just two hits and racked up six Ks.

Pisgah's victory bumped their record up to 2-0.
