Winning always takes teamwork, but on Monday Alana Lopez stepped things up a notch to give Banning the 'W'. Port of Los Angeles had no answer to Lopez as she tossed four innings while giving up just two earned runs off five hits.

Looking ahead, Lopez and Banning will head out to face off against Torrance at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Banning hasn't beaten Torrance recently, having gone 0-3 since February of 2022.
