The Ocean City Raiders are taking a road trip to take on the Egg Harbor Township Eagles at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Ocean City knows how to get runs on the board -- the squad has finished with ten runs or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Egg Harbor Township likes a good challenge.

Kaci Velardi was incredible, going a perfect 4-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one triple. She also hit a double, marking her first of the season. Another player making a difference was Sadie VanDine, who went 3-for-4 with three runs, two RBI, and one double.

Egg Harbor Township's hitters will have their work cut out for them on Tuesday. Ocean City has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 9.6 strikeouts per game. Ocean City skirted past Egg Harbor Township 3-1 in their previous matchup on April 4th. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Raiders since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
