The Ramona Bulldogs's three-game losing streak came to an end on Wednesday. They enjoyed a cozy 62-46 win over Rancho Bernardo. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Ramona also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2023.
Chase Newman continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 30 points and 14 rebounds. He continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Colin Dillon was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
Ramona's victory bumped their record up to 8-14. As for Rancho Bernardo, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost ten of their last 11 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-18 record this season.
Ramona the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Mission Hills at 7:00 p.m. on January 26th. Mission Hills will be looking to extend their current 13-game winning streak. As for Rancho Bernardo, they will head out on the road to face off against San Marcos at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. San Marcos is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 70.7 points per game.
