The Christ Church Episcopal Cavaliers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Veritas Christian Academy Warriors at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
After soaring to 71 points the game before, Christ Church Episcopal were a bit more limited in their game on Wednesday. They were beaten by Fort Mill 51-20. While losing is never fun, Christ Church Episcopal can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 166th, while Fort Mill is ranked 40th).
Meanwhile, Veritas Christian Academy was fully in charge on Friday, breezing past Reynolds Mountain Christian Academy 56-26 at home. The win made it back-to-back wins for Veritas Christian Academy.
Veritas Christian Academy got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Brooke Miller out in front who scored 22 points along with 9 rebounds and 6 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Aunica Tomlinson, who scored 14 points along with 6 rebounds and 3 steals.
Christ Church Episcopal's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Veritas Christian Academy, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-1.
