After only 13 points in their last game, Wilson Hall made sure to put some points up on the board against Camden Military on Friday. The Barons claimed a resounding 42-14 win over the Spartans. The Barons might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four contests by 21 points or more this season.
Wilson Hall's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Milling Galloway, who rushed for 74 yards and one TD on only five carries, and also picked up 30 receiving yards and one touchdown. Cameron Wilsey was in the mix as well, providing the Barons with two scores.
Wilson Hall didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. Matthew Behmer picked up that interception and then proceeded to rub salt in the wound by taking it back the other way for a touchdown. He got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
Wilson Hall's win was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-1. Those road victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 11.8 points on average over those games. As for Camden Military, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.
