On Tuesday fans watched as two of the best teams in the nation hit the court. The Milton Eagles fell to the St. Joseph Knights  68-64. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game  on Monday (63), the Eagles still had to take the loss.
 St. Joseph was led to victory by  Julius Price and  Tounde Yessoufou.  Price  went 12 for 20  on his way to 30  points, while  Yessoufou  dropped  a double-double on 24 points and ten  rebounds. The  matchup was  Yessoufou's tenth in a row with at least ten points.  Malcolm Price was another key player,  putting up nine points.
This is the second loss in a row for Milton and  nudges their season record down to 9-3. As for St. Joseph, their victory bumped their record up to 12-1.
 Milton will be playing in front of their home fans against Gainesville  at 7:30  p.m.  on January 7th. Gainesville knows how to get  points on the board -- the  team has finished with 55 points or more in their past nine games -- so hopefully Milton likes a good challenge. As for St. Joseph, they will take on St. Paul at 4:30  p.m.  on Saturday.
