Pierce won the last time they faced North Bend Central and things went their way on Saturday too. The Bluejays came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 2-0.

Nora Herian paced Pierce's offense, picking up ten kills. Herian got some help from Adrienne Riggert and her 25 assists.

Pierce has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season. As for North Bend Central, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-10 record this season.

Coincidentally, Pierce and North Bend Central will both be playing Norfolk Catholic the next time they take the court. The Tigers will head out to face the Knights at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Bluejays will play them later in the day, at 11:00 a.m.
