Immanuel Christian's found some homefield redemption this week after a overtime loss to Rosamond on Friday. Everything went the Crusaders' way against the Trona Tornadoes as they made off with a 15-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Crusaders, who have now won ten matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.

Ava Blakie was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, three runs, and three RBI. Another player making a difference was Holly Cosner, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI, one triple, and one run.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Immanuel Christian kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in three consecutive contests.

Immanuel Christian's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-5. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.3 runs over those games. As for Trona, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Immanuel Christian will welcome Rosamond at 3:15 p.m. on Monday. The Crusaders' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Roadrunners have averaged an impressive 8.4 runs per game this season. As for Trona, they will take on Lone Pine at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The Tornadoes are facing the Golden Eagles at the right time seeing as the Golden Eagles are stuck on an eight-game losing streak.
