The Blacklick Valley Vikings can now show off six landslide victories after their most recent contest on Saturday. They blew past Belleville Mennonite, posting a 73-42 win at home. The victory was just what Blacklick Valley needed coming off of a 59-39 loss in their prior contest.
It was another big night for Gino DiPaolo, who scored 14 points along with three steals. Another player making a difference was Drew McEvoy, who scored six points.
Blacklick Valley pushed their record up to 11-7 with that win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.3 points per game. As for Belleville Mennonite, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-9.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Blacklick Valley will take on Salisbury Elk Lick at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Salisbury Elk Lick is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last five games. As for Belleville Mennonite, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Grace Prep at 7:30 p.m.
