DeForest proved they can win big on Monday (they won by seven) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Milton Red Hawks 4-3. This was a revenge game for the Norskies: when they faced off against the Red Hawks back in April, they had to take a 7-3 loss.

DeForest's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-10. As for Milton, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-8.

Coming up, DeForest will face off against McFarland at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Milton, they will head out to face off against Waunakee at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
